How it works

Preparation (week 1). A short kickoff, a questionnaire and read-only access to your code, cloud and tools. I review the evidence before we meet.

Workshop (1.5–2 days). On site or remote in half-day blocks: a session with the founders, an architecture walkthrough, short interviews with the team.
- 03
Readout (day 10). A 90-minute session where I walk you through the findings and the plan.

What I need from you
About six hours of founder time over two weeks, a few hours from whoever knows the code best, and read-only access. We sign a mutual NDA before I see anything.
Who runs it
I’m Piercarlo Serena, and I run every Health Check myself. I co-founded Iterpro and took it from the first commit to a 10-person team, 200+ customers and a 2025 acquisition.
Investment
From €3,900 + VAT, fixed price. Half on signature, half at the readout. If we keep working together within 30 days, €1,000 comes off the first month.
What it isn't
Not a penetration test, not a line-by-line code review, not an audit that ends up in a drawer. It's a decision tool: you finish knowing what to do next.
